Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been quite MIA in recent weeks, and of course, the breakup rumors always start from there. But before they could take off, Stefani subtly showed everyone how she and Shelton are really doing behind-the-scenes.
In case you missed it, earlier this week, Stefani shared a series of photos and videos on her Instagram. She shared the post with the caption reading, “summertime blessings 💗☀️gx.”
In the post, we get a bunch of sweet snapshots and more, like videos of her dog, food, their beautiful home, how she’s been spending the summer with pals, and some gorgeous selfies. However, the second photo was a subtle update fans may have missed.

As we said, Shelton and Stefani have been fraught with breakup rumors since they got together, and have found a way to subtly shut them down. And the second photo, showing his handprint in concrete surrounded by kiss marks, shows that they’re doing just fine!

For those who don’t know, the two have been dating since 2015 after meeting on The Voice, and nearly five years later, in Oct 2020, they got engaged. They later wed in the summer of 2021, when Shelton officially became stepdad to Stefani’s kids from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale named Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.
Despite months of speculation, Stefani did talk about those rumors back in April 2024, telling Nylon: “The truth is I am in love with my best friend.”
“When you’re in love and have truly aligned values, nobody can get to us,” she added.. “You can say whatever you want to say about our relationship — I mean, a week ago we were getting divorced again or something. It’s just lies. The truth is the truth, and we know what that is…”
