Halle Berry Suits Up in Gucci for 'Crime 101' Los Angeles Premiere

Halle Berry suited up in Gucci for the “Crime 101” premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, merging power dressing with sleek, stylish modernity.

The Oscar-winning “Monster’s Ball” actress turned to the Italian luxury fashion house’s spring 2026 collection for her premiere look. Berry’s suited attire was comprised of a silk satin shirt with a lavallière detail, stretch wool jacket and coordinate trousers all in a shade of black.

As for jewelry pieces, Berry wore a gold necklace and a pair of earrings by Cartier. The actress also flashed her vintage sapphire and diamond engagement ring at the premiere. Berry is engaged to her longtime partner, musician Van Hunt.

As for glam, Berry’s makeup was clean and serene, with bold brows, smokey eyes and a slightly glossy lip. For her hairdo, Berry went with a pulled back look with wisps of fringe to frame her face. The actress often collaborates with stylist Lindsay Flores.

Berry’s Gucci attire hails from artistic director Demna’s first collection with the Italian luxury fashion house, unveiled with a 37-outfit — plus a trunk — look book photographed by Catherine Opie back in September 2025. The designer succeeded former Gucci artistic director Sabato De Sarno in March 2025.

“From the very beginning, I shaped the collection by imagining a constellation of characters, asking myself what Gucci means to me, from its archive to the many identities it embodies,” Demna told WWD in September of the inspiration behind the collection.

“To me, all these archetypes represent the Gucci crowd, the customers of Gucci in the future, who — each of them — will be able to find something in the collection that they can relate to. It’s not like one, mono silhouette, mono everything, like you either like it or not situation,” Demna said.

Berry costars with Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan and Monica Barbaro in “Crime 101.” The film follows an elusive thief out on his final score as he’s trailed by a relentless detective. “Crime 101” hits theaters Friday.
