Move over, Princesses! It’s the Villains’ time to shine. In case you haven’t already heard, Bath & Body Works is expanding their insanely popular Disney collab with an entirely new line featuring Disney Villains. I was (very) fortunate enough to get a few items from the new Bath & Body Works x Disney Villains Collection. Let me just say, as both a Disney Villains and Bath & Body Works fan, it does not disappoint. In fact, I’d say it’s even better than the collection that dropped earlier this year! And yes, you can quote me on that.

Unlike the Disney Princesses collab which featured five princesses, the Villains line is dropping with just two sinister fan-faves, which honestly, I’m not mad at considering they’re two of the most iconic: Evil Queen and Maleficent. Plus, you never know. More could come if these two turn out to be a success, which I’m pretty confident it will. Both collections feature a 3-wick candle, a single wick candle, body wash, foaming hand soap, laundry detergent, a PocketBac Hand Sanitizer, a Fine Fragrance Mist, other body care items, and all the coolest character-themed accessories you could ask for.

Per the brand, the Villains’ scents were made to “create an immersive experience that whisks your senses away to a world of dark magic and mystery.” From the products I’ve had a chance to try, I do believe they did what they set out to do. Bottom line, if you’re a Disney Villains fan, you won’t be disappointed.

When to Shop Bath & Body Works x Disney Villains Collection (2025)

The Bath & Body Works x Disney Villains Collection went live on Wednesday, September 3rd. That means, as of now, everyone can shop the collection both in store and online. Loyalty Members had an early access window to the new Disney Villains line on August 26 and August 27th. A ton of items sold out fast, as expected. Now that the collection is open to everyone, I would suggest grabbing your faves as there’s a good chance the most highly coveted items (i.e. the stunning accessories) will be the first to sell out.

With that said, here’s a look at the new Bath & Body Works x Disney Villains Collection, as well as my top picks.

The Evil Queen Collection

The Evil Queen-inspired scent features notes of dark red apple, wicked pear, and vanilla suede, to give you a scent that’s fresh, warm, and “undeniably addictive.” For me, it’s a great blend of refreshing and warm, especially when compared to Maleficent. If you’re worried about it being too fruity or sweet, rest assured, it’s not. It has just enough of an apple scent for anyone looking for that, but it’s not overpowering or similar to other apple-centered scents Bath & Body Works carries. Overall, I really like the scent a lot. If you’re looking for a good daytime, scent for fall and Halloween season, you can’t go wrong with any of the Evil Queen’s body care or home fragrances.

What I loved most about the collection were the accessories. In addition to the fragrances, the Evil Queen line comes with Magic Mirror Body Care Tray (shown above), a Magic Mirror PocketBac Clip, a Poison Apple 3-Wick Candle Holder (which you can catch a glimpse of in the photo above), a Queen of Hearts 3-Wick Candle Holder, and a Queen of Hearts Wallflower (below).

I received the tray, the Poison Apple candle holder, and the Wallflowers plug-in, and all three items were total stunners. If I had to make a prediction, I can definitely see the Wallflowers plug-in selling out fast, especially since the plug-ins from the Disney Princesses collection went super quick earlier this year. The tray would make an amazing gift for Disney fans, and would look super cute on your vanity. Same goes for the Poison Apple candle holder, which slightly creepy but very cool.

The Maleficent Collection

Now on to the Mistress of All Evil, Maleficent. If you like the darker, more alluring scents of Bath & Body Works like Into the Night, you’re going to love the Maleficent-inspired scent. The fragrance features notes of sinister plum, midnight berries, and mystical woods, and was meant to be a “rich, mysterious fusion” of scents that leave a “sultry, unforgettable impression.” All of it is very fitting for the baddest Disney baddie of them all.

For the Maleficent collection, I got the hand soap dispenser featuring her trusty crow, Diablo, as well as the Maleficent Horns PocketBac Clip, which I’m totally obsessed with. As someone who’s definitely planning a Disney parks trip or two during Halloween season, I can’t wait to clip this onto my go-to bag since it doubles as a really cute bag charm.

I was also able to get my hands on the 3-wick candle, which is the very definition of wickedly chic. I love how some of Bath & Body Works’ Halloween candles have been taken to the next level, especially with packaging, and I really loved what they did with Maleficent. The lid is a total collector’s item, if you ask me.

All in all, the Bath & Body Works x Disney Villains Collection is a total win for fans. Like I said earlier, the Princesses collection from earlier this year was stunning, but there’s just something about the Villains collection that feels even more captivating. Whether it’s the ultra-chic, elevated designs or the moody, mysterious vibe that perfectly complements the fall and Halloween season, this collection truly stands out.
