Christina Haack and Josh Hall have reportedly found a way to make peace in the middle of their tumultuous divorce.
Us Weekly revealed the details of the settlement that was reached in May 2025. The good news is that both parties seem satisfied with their hashed-out finances. Haack and Hall each walk away with a majority of their finances intact, with some additional funds transferring over to the HGTV star’s ex-husband.
The media outlet reported that Hall is keeping his “furniture, a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Hondo Motorcycle.” In addition to the vehicles, he will get a Tennessee home and condo, plus land in California. He’s also going to maintain control of his company, his bank accounts, and the $100,000 Haack loaned him during their divorce for legal bills.

Haack will stay in her Newport Beach, California estate, and get to keep several of her homes in Tennessee. Her business and bank accounts stay under her control, and she will keep “two 2021 GMC Yukons, a 2021 Polaris Razor and four quads,” but she will return a 2022 Bentley to Hall. She will also have to pay Hall a one-time $300,000 fee. Any spousal support rights were waived even though Hall initially requested the it in his July 2024 divorce filing.
The contentious split even had high-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser entering the chat to represent Haack after Hall refused to settle. Wasser’s magic apparently worked, and Haack revealed the settlement to People. “Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation,” Haack’s representative told the media outlet. “She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process.”
On the Feb. 26 episode of The Flip Off, Haack spilled the tea to her friend, Cassie, about her financial regrets about Hall.
“It’s crazy. He wants to retire off me,” she alleged. “Honestly, if I would’ve really understood the repercussions of all of this, I would’ve gotten a prenup or I would’ve never married him.”
Hopefully, Haack has learned her lesson if she decides to marry again. She’s been dating businessman Christopher Larocca since November 2024. Hall has been linked to real estate professional Stephanie Gabrys since early January.
