How to Copy Selena Gomez's Cherry Jam Nails

This spring, we are sooooo ready for this jelly. Or jam, if you prefer the texture of mashed fruit to strained fruit juice.

From Rhode’s PBJ Peptide Lip Tint to Westman Atelier’s new jam-colored Split Pan Powder Duo (the other side is a watermelon-flush color named Fizz), “cherry jam” is the obvious next place for spring 2025’s beauty trends to go.

As Selena Gomez’s recent manicure shows, the shade pairs this spring’s jammy berry girl energy with our also-current love for pitted fruit.

How cute! How sweet! And honestly, how easy to replicate—we even know the exact color she used to get the look.

Gomez wore the manicure for a day in New York City last week. With the release of her and fiancé Benny Blanco’s new album, I Said I Love You First, she’s been on the press circuit big time. That’s meant plenty of fun outfits and an equal number of great manicures.

Like her Rose Milk and Electric Cherry looks, the manicure was the work of Gomez’s go-to nail artist, Tom Bachik. In an Instagram post, he shared that he used Essie’s Spiked with Style for the look. The deep blood red polish comes in the brand’s Gel Couture formula for long wear and a chip-resistant finish. It can be easily removed if you’re… on an important press tour with your fiancé and need to change up your manis regularly. Or just indecisive.

Instead of going for a beauty sandwich situation (a matching lipstick would’ve been gorg, but c’est la vie!), Gomez chose to keep the rest of her look toned down with a nude lip and just a touch of pink blush.

The casual vibe continued to her outfit, which consisted of black patent leather Jimmy Choo Ixia 95 pumps, a black snakeskin jacket over a mockneck top, straight-leg Celine jeans, and a silver-studded Khaite belt that just happens to be named “The Benny.”

“You’re my cherry pie. I don’t care who knows it,” sings Gomez in her new song “Sunset Blvd.” And she’s totally our jam.
