Kelsea Ballerini didn’t just bring the glam to the CMA Awards—she brought a full-on glow moment worthy of its own spotlight.
The country singer’s luminous, camera-ready skin was the result of a meticulously layered glow routine powered by Danucera (the high-performance line from Danuta Mieloch of Rescue Spa) favorites. Makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan tells us that the goal was to create “a polished, hydrated body glow that looked completely seamless under every camera.”
To start, Deenihan applied Danucera Veluxa Body Oil ($115) on damp skin—her go-to move for instant radiance. “I warm the oil between my hands first so it melts into the skin more naturally,” she explains. “It gives that healthy sheen without any greasiness and creates the smoothest, most radiant base before any body makeup.”
After allowing the oil to settle, Deenihan followed with Danucera Luxera Body Cream ($145) to seal in moisture and enhance skin’s firmness and evenness. “I used long, upward strokes to subtly lift and sculpt the arms and décolletage,” she says, adding that the cream’s finish reads beautifully both on stage and under flash photography.
For a final light-catching moment, Deenihan tapped an extra hint of Veluxa Body Oil along Ballerini’s shoulders and collarbone.
