We love milky-pink nails as much as anyone, but you’ll see us actually salivating over a mani with personality, presence and a heck-tonne of drama. Bright summer nails are an open opportunity to bring the vibes and the sunshine, and as the weather turns up the heat, we expect to see manis becoming a lot more adventurous, colourful and audacious.
For 2026, we’ll see some familiar trends continue to headline (polka dots, aura nails, 3D details, jelly finishes, mix n match designs and French tips) but autumn-winter neutrals will make way for fun and upbeat highlighter pen hues like luminous green, fuchsia pink, hi-vis yellow and tangy orange.
The good news is, there’s an entry point for everyone, whether you’re a maximalist or you prefer a manicure that’s a little more introverted. There’s plenty of room in there for expression and playfulness and as nail art is becoming more popular, it’s also getting so much more creative and individual. Plus, it’s an extra platform for expression.
