The supplement aisle is packed with pills promising sharper focus, stronger memory, and a bulletproof brain. But most of them won’t do much. A handful have solid research behind them, and they target specific pathways: blood flow, neuroplasticity, mitochondrial energy, or the gut-brain axis.
